If you need to return a product, please email us at sales@lockeremporium.com or call us at 888-352-9194. We will issue an RGA (Return Good Authorization) if that item is eligible for return.
Please note: Returned goods will not be accepted without an RGA (returned goods authorization) number from us. Orders must be shipped freight prepaid and a 25% restocking fee may apply. Products must be returned in their original shipping cartons within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Custom orders and engraved items cannot be returned.
If for any reason the product arrives damaged or defective, we will issue an RGA for that item and send you a new product – no extra cost to you.
